Woollypockets...More Please

More Woollypocket goodness...I'm such a fan...I want to cover all the ugly bits of my life with these versatile planters. I heart you...Woollypocket.

Woolly Pockets at Shotwell

While in San Francisco I spotted another great installation using the Woolly Pocket at a boutique called Shotwell's on Grant near Union Square. I'm hooked...on vertical gardening.

Green Living Fair and Garden Tour

I had such a lovely time at the Green Living Fair and Garden Tour on Saturday.

Detroit Garden Works

I stopped by one of my favorite garden emporiums - Detroit Garden Works - in Silvan Lake. It is truly a place of enchantment...even on a rainy morning.

Yes, that's right...you too can own a pair of iron bird sculptures for a mere $43,000.

Living Green - Marin Garden

San Francisco based Living Green created this texture rich, modern garden in Marin County. The house, which you cannot see, is a renovated Eichler home.

Gardens in the Sky

My heart is a flutter for the amazing green roofs created by Gardens in the Sky. Terry McGlade is the creative, dynamic and forward-thinking horticulturalist, landscape designer and founder of this Toronto based company. This man is a visionary in the green roof industry. Lion's Den

Photography by Steve Ryan

This renovated modernist beauty had me at hello. One look at the foliage focused garden and the striking exterior color...not too mention those very large windows. The interior is just as sublime and so lovingly connected to the outside world.
